She is survived by: her children, Steven Helms (Dana) of China Grove, Mike Helms (Nora) of Salisbury and Joy Hobbs of Concord; her siblings, Shirley McGee of Concord and Alphaeus Tutterow of Kannapolis; and her grandchildren, Deidra Helms, Rebecca Helms, Jacob Helms, Adam Helms, Anna Blanquicet and Madison Hobbs. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
