He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Starowicz and Stella Starowicz; and his brothers, Michael and Stephen Starowicz. He is survived by: his siblings, Emily Muench (Richard) of Ft. Myers, FL, Mary Starowicz of Syracuse, Anne Starowicz of Syracuse, F. John Starowicz (Martha) of Syracuse and Peter Starowicz (Margaret) of Leesburg, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
