He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Ozzie Sanders and Mason Margaret Hall Sanders; his wife Mary Ann Foley Sanders; his daughter Vickie Sanders Powell (Gary Dale Powell) of Enochville; his grandchildren, Jatana Sanders of Enochville, Rhonda Fink of Enochville, Shaun and Candis Chaffin of Mocksville; and his great grandchildren, Christopher McDermott (Kala), Bryan Fink, Josh Chaffin, Cianna Colf, Aleigh Chaffin, Kaeligh McDermott and Logan Chaffin.
