He is survived by: his wife Judith Marie Ledbetter Harvey; his children, Kelley Harvey (Elizabeth Sue) of Concord, Michael Harvey of Concord, Todd Harvey (Jonnie) of Kannapolis and Charles Harvey (Christine) of Kannapolis; his sisters, Judy Chatwin Schrader (Bill) of Missouri and Emily Manning of Texas; his grandchildren, Nikki Yandle (Boone) of Concord, Chase Little (Crystal) of Concord, Kory Little (Kera) of Concord, Sierra Harvey of Kannapolis and Jeremiah Harvey of Kannapolis; and also Justin Simpson. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
