He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Goodwin and Addie Bell Cox Goodwin. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Goodwin; his daughters, Carolyn Strange (Henry) and Sandra Holland (Wayne); his grandchildren, Jennifer Ross and Joey Ross; his great grandchildren, Kody Ross and Morgan Smith; and his sister Brenda Morgan.
