He is survived by: his wife Robbie Moffitt Blevins; his children, James Blevins Jr. (Anita), Chad Blevins (Wendy), Crystal Absher (Daniel) and Tangela Miller; his brothers, Edward Blevins (Candy) and Allen Blevins (Dean); his grandchildren, Zachary Fite, McKenzie Farmer, McKenlee Absher, Samantha Wilson (John), Ayden Blevins and Asher Blevins; his great grandchildren, Miley Ervin, Ally Ervin and Emersyn Wilson; and his pets, Chloe, Gracie and Hope.
