She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Mills and Gladys Mae Birmingham; and her husband Wade Rowell. She is survived by: her sons, Garry Rowell of China Grove and Scott Rowell (Carolyn) of Kannapolis; her granddaughters, Candace Miller of China Grove and Hailey Mekebak (Drew) of Ludowici, GA; her great grandchildren, Abigail, Madelyn, Isaiah, Gavin and Athena; and her niece Sandy Jenkins.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Whitley's Funeral Home (1748 Dale Earnhardt Blvd, Kannapolis, NC 28083). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel (1748 Dale Earnhardt Blvd, Kannapolis, NC 28083). A burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at the Carolina Memorial Park (601 Mt Olivet Rd, Concord, NC 28025).
