He is survived by: his children, Jackie Jr. and Pam Pettigrew (Kevin); his grandchildren, Crystal, Amber, Olivia, Elauna, Donna, Autumn, Robert, Randy, Tyler and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Kole, Kevin, Banks, David, Hazel, Violet, Judah, August, Archer, Eden and Isabella; and his sister Carolyn. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
