He was predeceased by: his parents, Toombs Bridges and Quilla Bell Graham Bridges. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Frances Dean Bridges; his children, Sandra B. Hardin (David) of Kannapolis and Ken W. Bridges (Renae) of Mt. Pleasant; his brother Talmadge Bridges (Ann) of Danielsville, GA; his grandchildren, Deana Thompson (Allen) of Kannapolis, Jason David (Julie) of Kannapolis, Allison Hines (Michael) of Kannapolis and Nick Bridges of Mt. Pleasant; and his great grandchildren, Wesley David (Hannah), Caroline David, Emily David, Maddox Hines, Kenleigh Hines, Roman Bridges, Heather Thompson Little, Nathan Thompson and Stephanie Smith. He is also survived by seven great-great grandchildren; and countless nieces and nephews.
