He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bennick and Josie Smith Bennick Kiser. He is survived by: his stepfather Leonard David Kiser; his wife Patricia Beaver Bennick; his children, Lisa Bennick-Scearce (David) of Faith, Vickie Davis (Norman) of Kannapolis and Jerry Livengood (Tracey) of Kannapolis; and his brother James Bennick (Gwyn) of Florida. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
