She was predeceased by: her spouse Harlon "Sonny" Moss; her parents, Robert S. Williams and Mabel M. Williams; her brother Guy R. Williams; and her close friend Moses (Lhasa Apso).
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie H. Motley (Fred) and Leslie M. Starnes (Greg); her grandsons, Spencer R. Starnes, Austin C. Starnes and Isaac M. Hammonds; her sister Phyllis K. Beaver; her nieces, Lindsay B. Tedder (Jeff) and Meredith B. Overcash (Brian); her nephew Guy R. Williams Jr. (Debbie); and also, Krista Howard, Deborah Hutto, Angela Pender, Tonya Swaringen and Chaplain Maureen.
