Hazel Johnson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2018, at the age of 80, Hazel Johnson (Kannapolis, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Dempsey, Timothy, Terrence, Tracey and Terri; her siblings, Edward, Clement and Adelaide; and her nieces and nephews, Clement III, June, Karen, Leon and Robert.
In July of 2011 Hazel was diagnosed with Alzheimers/Dementia.
