She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Brewer and Inez Luegene Harris Brewer. She is survived by: her daughters, Valerie Grant (Johnny) of Kannapolis, Jacqueline Bankhead of Kannapolis and Iantha Maness of Washington, DC; her grandchildren, Charmaine Bankhead, Charlene Bankhead, John Bankhead, III and James Bankhead; her sister Nancy Argene Henderson of Salisbury; her son Joseph Alexander (Deloise) of Wingate, NC; her siblings-in-law, Ulysses Monroe of Jersey City, NJ, Rosa Brewer of Anson County, NC, Corinthia Ratliff of Wadesboro, NC and Fallamae Little of Polkton, NC; and her niece Willie Ruth Berry. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
