It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Trammell (Kannapolis, North Carolina), who passed away on December 5, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Colson Orvin; his stepmother Linnie Orvin; and his brother Thomas Colson Orvin. He is survived by: his parent Margaret Hurd Orvin; his wife Joyce Barringer Trammell; his daughter Tracy Eudy (Roy) of Concord; his sisters, Lynda Wise (Phil) of Kannapolis and Joanne Orvin of Kannapolis; his grandchildren, Matthew Eudy, Jessica Eudy Martin (Jess) and Tyler O'Brian; his great grandchildren, Amelia and Conrad Martin; and his daughter Elizabeth O'Brian of Rockwell.
