We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2020, at the age of 74, Gary Hamblin of Kannapolis, North Carolina, born in Portsmouth, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Hamblin and Juanita Barton Hamblin; and his sisters, Stella Bosse, Barbara Moore and Sharon Patrias.

He is survived by: his wife Denae Hamblin; his stepchildren, Kevin Farmer and Holly Davis (Justin); his grandchildren, Braxton, Noah and Jonah; and his brother Leo Hamblin (Dee).
