She was predeceased by: her parents, Quincy Cleary and Francis Walker Cleary; her husband Thomas Eugene "Gene" Baucom; and her siblings, Ida Cleary Cardwell, Bonnie Cleary Wilson, Marie Cleary Brown, Ivor "Bud" Cleary and Harold Cleary.
She is survived by: her son Randy Baucom (Carol) of Cleveland, NC; and her siblings, Arlie Cleary (Betty) and Maizie Loggins of Kannapolis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shadybrook Baptist Church, 1009 Oakwood Avenue, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
