She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Pressley Sechler, Jr. and Glennie Maybelle Hallman Sechler; and her husband Charles Emery Starr. She is survived by: her sons, Jacob Charles (Michael) and Matthew Garrett (Emily); and her brother Andy Sechler. She is also survived by parents, parents-in-law, and a husband.
