Eva Elizabeth Ritchie Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eva Elizabeth Ritchie of Kannapolis, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 7, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Hampton Ritchie Sr. and Virginia Lee Ritchie; her husband Ned Aubrey Ritchie Sr.; and her sons-in-law, Brent Beal and Tony Hartsell.

She is survived by: her children, Melinda Beal of Hickory, Eva Weaver (Rick) of Concord, Kathy Hartsell of Kannapolis and Ned Aubrey Ritchie; her grandchildren, Robert Beal (Megan), Hannah Kilgore (Spencer), Caleb Weaver (Gabrielle) and Sarah Beal; her great grandchildren, Annaka Beal, Cameron Riley Kilgore and Carter Kilgore; her siblings, Henry Ritchie (Barbara) of Greensboro and Lucille Thomas of Concord; and her brother-in-law Archie Ritchie of Garner.

Viewing was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Wesleyan Church (301 Bethpage Rd, Kannapolis, NC 28081). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
