He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Talmadge Hall and Bettyann Sleezer Hall; and his grandparents, Harold, Nancy Sleezer, Lindsay and Cora Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Jeri Wooten Hall; his sons, Josh Hall (Dawn) and Andrew Hall; his stepsons, Jason Mann (Shannon) and Brett Mann (Elisabeth); his granddaughters, Mackenzie Hall and Hailey Mann; his sisters, Virginia McCombs (Willard) and Cindi Stewart; and his stepsiblings, Marty Lefler (Celeste), Carmen Steen (Scott) and Sharlyn Smith (Brian). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
