She was predeceased by: her parents, McKinley Jackson and Willie Mae Mitchell Jackson; her husband Richard Juan Neely; her brothers, Edward Phillips, McKinley Jackson and Johnnie Jackson; her sisters-in-law, Veola Jackson and Hattie Mae Jackson; and her nephew Jonathan Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Erik Neely of Huntersville, NC and Kishana Leah Harvey (Baltimore, MD); her son-in-law John Harvey; her grandsons, Jordan Harvey and Julius Harvey; her siblings-in-law, Lula Mae Phillips of Flushing, NY, Gloria L. Whitaker (Roger N. Whitaker) of Orlando, FL and Leon P. Sealey, Jr. (Michele Lloyd Sealey) of Locust Grove, GA; and her nieces and nephews, Bruce Phillips of Jamaica, NY, Roger N. Whitaker, II of Orlando, FL, Leslie Phillips of Jamaica, NY, Melinda Jackson of Houston, TX, Lydia James, Justine Sealey of Atlanta, GA and Valerie Whitaker of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by great grand nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
