She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George W Walter and Louanna Troutman Walter; her husband Paul C. Griffith; her brothers, Earl of Boyden, G. W. and William Walter; her children, George L. Griffith (Brenda), David E. Griffith (Martha) and Barbara G. Nifong (Howard); and her sister Gladys Shue. She was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
