He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lewis Brock; his daughters, Bonny Moon (Grant) and Penny Donaldson (Doug); his grandchildren, Lauren Roberts (Cory), Emily Donaldson and Lindsay Formwalt (Tanner); his great grandchildren, Eliza Mae and Mattie Jane Roberts; and his sisters, Phyllis Atwell and Linda Cauble (Jack).
