It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Hoover Brown of Kannapolis, North Carolina, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on January 26, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Winnie Strozier Hoover; and her husband Rev. Michael Eric Brown. She is survived by: her father Dr. Charles E. Hoover; her children, Paul Brown, Mary Ellen Clifford (Scott), Elizabeth King (Aron) and Hannah Moore (Mike); her brothers, Dr. William Hoover and Dr. Charles S. Hoover (Abigail); her grandchildren, Riley, Kennedy, Harper Clifford, Sawyer, Reagan, Lincoln and Sutton Moore; her niece Olivia Hoover; and her nephew Jack Hoover. She is also survived by friends and family.
