He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ralph Sifford and Bertie Morgan Sifford; and his siblings, George R. Sifford, Jr., Wanda S. Teal and Shirley S. Goodman.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Miller Sifford; his children, Evonne Sifford Caudill (George) and Garry Sifford (Sharlyn); his grandchildren, Christiane "Buttons" Cardell (Erick), Josh Caudill (Natalie), Timothy Sifford (Lindsay) and Dara Sifford; his great grandchildren, Lila Cardell, Bradley Cardell, Cole Caudill, Emma Sifford and Anthony Sifford; his siblings, James Sifford (Giau) and Barbara Patterson; his sister-in-law Margaret Sifford; his friends, David Love, Don Ayscue and Henry Crowder; his nephew Larry Clay (Geri); and also Cathy Hunter.
