It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edmund Cook (Kannapolis, North Carolina), who passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bethel Cook and Martha Wingard Cook. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Becker Cook; his daughters, Merrie Beth Baker (Rodney) of Concord and Martha Carol McDowell (Kenney) of Greensboro; his sisters, Kathryn Kincaid of Concord and Ruth Fountain of Albany, GA; and his grandson Justin Adam Baker of Concord.
