It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Utley (Kannapolis, North Carolina), who passed away on August 13, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Samuel McKee and Cara Strube Hatley; her spouse Edd Utley; her children, Jane U. Lefler and Jimmy Utley; her sisters, Pauline Cruse and Marie Wilhoit; and her children, Jack Utley (Cherry), Joe Utley and Jan Utley Christy. She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and a sister.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Enoch Lutheran Church, 701 Campbell Ave., Kannapolis, NC 28081.
