He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence R. Barbee and Ethel Cozett Barbee; his former wife Yvonne Swinson Barbee; and his sister Ola Mae Allen. He is survived by: his wife Billie Barbee; his son Ralph Eugene "Gene" Barbee; his grandchildren, Tracey Dron of Sacramento, CA, Earl Campbell Barbee of Edinburgh and Scotland; his great grandchildren, Tyler and Lily Clara Dron; his brother Clarence Ray Barbee of Little Rock, AK.; and his niece Brenda Darlene Watkins of Ila.
