She is survived by: her children, Cassandra Holmes (Antoine) of Kannapolis, NC, Timothy Carl Shinn (Sharon) of Harrisburg, NC, Christopher Orlando Norris of Kannapolis, NC, Charles Anthony Norris (Regina) of Kannapolis, NC, Thomas Darnell Norris of Kannapolis, NC and Tony Antonio Norris (Latoya) of Kannapolis, NC; and her siblings, Fred Henry Shinn, Jr. of Concord, NC, Walter Clyde Shinn of Brooklyn, NY, Billy Ray Shinn of Charlotte, NC, Willie Lucille Bell of Concord, NC, Gwendolyn Weeks (Joseph) of Columbia, SC, Linda Sue Shinn of Kannapolis, NC and Evelyn Loraine Stokes of Concord, NC. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel (923 Indiana St, Kannapolis, NC 28083). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
