It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Hill of Kannapolis, North Carolina, who passed away on March 6, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Gunter and Flossie Reynolds Gunter; her husband John Paul Hill; her sister Betty Turpin; and her son-in-law Lew Sherrill.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Hill of Kannapolis, Randy Hill (Sylvia) of Kannapolis and Paula Sherrill of Concord; her grandchildren, Lauren Hill and Joshua Sherrill (Hunter); and her cousin Ken Griffith (Eleanor).
