She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellie Cleo Smith Williams and Doris; her husband Arnold Mills; her daughter Janet Watkins; and her siblings, Roger Williams and Linda Booth.
She is survived by: her daughter Jerry Mills (Patti); her granddaughter Donna Irvin (William, Jr.); her great grandchildren, Bridgett Short (Michael), William Irvin, III (Candice), Staci Mills, Jerry Mills, Jr. (Brooke) and Jamie Rollins (Jennifer); and her siblings, Tegan Short, Zakk Irvin, William Irvin, IV, Carter Grindstaff, Graci Grindstaff, Zac Grindstaff, Parker Mills, Skylar Mills, Jamilyn Rollins, Jessalyn Rollins, Jalee Rollins and Judy Love.
