It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Lewis McDaniel of Kannapolis, North Carolina, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lester McDaniel and Virginia Mabrey McDaniel; his wife Floranne Clodfelter McDaniel; and his son Col. Mark L. McDaniel. He is survived by: his grandsons, Marcus McDaniel (Jane), Morgan McDaniel and Dr. Matthew McDaniel (Lexie Riofrio); his great grandchildren, Maddox, Micah and Mason; his grandson Madison McDaniel; and his daughter-in-law Pam.
