He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Hill Lewis and Fannie Mae Lewis; his daughter Becky Grice; and his grandson Dustin Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lewis; his sons, Danny Lewis (Helen) and Rick Lewis (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Amber Lewis, Dwayne Ervin, Tina Graham (David) and Kyle Morgan; his great grandchildren, Presley Helton, Harper and Nola Smith; and his brother Bill Lewis.
