He was predeceased by: his father Donald Wayne Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Ashley; his children, Lillian, Donald Wayne III and Abigale; his mother Gwen; his siblings, Terrance, Jessica and Gale; and his nieces and nephews, Brianna, Bryton, Marcy, Karen, Kinlee, Nathan, Jackson, Harper and Payton. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
