He was predeceased by: his brother Timothy Sprinkle. He is survived by: his parents, Rev. David "Gene" Sprinkle and Grace Morton Sprinkle; his children, Shannon Johnson (Jason), Amber Hornal, Robin Sprinkle McGaha (Timothy), David Dustin Sprinkle and Cody Cameron Sprinkle; his brother Steve Sprinkle (Ann); his grandchildren, Brittany, Alysa, Parker, Layla and Mason; and his great grandchildren, L. J., Barney and Kacen.
Memorial contributions can be made in David's memory to the China Grove Church of God.
