He was predeceased by: his father Wilber "Bill" Jospeh Norris, Jr.; and his brother Wilbur "Billy" Joseph Norris, III. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Elizabeth Jackson Norris; his sister-in-law Shelia Norris; and his nieces and nephews, Joshua Norris, Jeremiah Norris (Emily), Brigham Tate, Veyda Marie-Kate, Braylon Bainx and Kampton Aimes.
