He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Cannon and Hazel Weaver Cannon; and his brother Robert W. Weaver of Lexington, KY.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hatley Cannon; his siblings, John Cannon (Sandi) and Hulene Woody; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Weaver of Lexington, KY, David Hatley (Hazel) and Glenn Hatley (Bonnie Roberts).
