He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Dudley Archer and Roscoe Archer; and his sister Doris Robertson. He is survived by: his wife Ethel "Pinkie" Brewer Archer; his children, Kathi Archer, Pam Shellhammer (Len), Robin Miles (Jon), Amy Archer and David Archer (Kerie); and his grandchildren, Karen Snyder (Dan), Derek Shellhammer (Ginna), Nathan Miles (Taylor), Kristen Clayton (Ansel), Caleb, Joshua and Aiden Archer. He is also survived by his eight great grandchildren.
