He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Balknight Jr. and Norma Jean Duff Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sharmaine Duff; his children, Jacques Smith, Darin Posey, Joshua Duff (Megan), Reginald Myers, Nahmor Pharr and Tajana Mahatha; his sisters, Kendall Balknight and Sandra Turner (Kelvin); his stepsister Janet Holland (Richard); and his stepfather Bernard Johnson (Edna). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Living Water A Church of God (166 N Little Texas Rd, Kannapolis, NC 28083). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
