He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Frost and Nonie Campbell Frost; and his wife Ruby Frost. He is survived by: his son Harvey "Jack" L. Frost (Georgia) of Charlotte, NC; his stepson Joe Tarlton; his grandsons, Jay Henley, Douglas Henley (Tonya) and Derek Frost (Tabitha); his great grandchildren, Alex, Adam, Jackson Henley and Ruby Frost; and also Dora.
