He is survived by: his wife Peggy Walter Wilbanks; his children, Cindy Wilbanks of Salisbury, Mark Livengood (Misty) of Salisbury, Cullen Wilbanks, II of Salisbury, Donny Wilbanks (Shasta) of Kannapolis and Tommy "T. J."; his siblings, Nita Wilbanks of Salisbury and Lynn Wilbanks of South Carolina; and his uncle Buck Kenneth Jones.
