He is survived by: his wife Mary Ranson Shue; his children, Terry Douglas Shue (Lori) of Concord, Susan Shue Seamon (Danny) of Concord, Tim Shue (Deanna) of Kannapolis and Laurie Bingham (Ron) of Duluth, GA; and his sister Kaye Illick (Jim) of Altamonte Springs, FL..
He continued playing until the Covid pandemic struck and the facilities were closed.
