She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Weaks and Edna Mae Massey Weaks; and her brothers, Hubert Weaks and Marion Weaks. She is survived by: her son Marlo Weaks; her grandchildren, Brylan Weaks of Kannapolis, NC and Ennzo Weaks of Kannapolis, NC; her siblings, Susie W. Smith (Byron) of Kannapolis, NC, James Massey of Mooresville, NC, Billy Massey of Kannapolis, NC and Jimmy Lee Weaks of Kannapolis, NC; her daughter-in-law Amy Weaks of Kannapolis, NC; and her close friends, Ann Smith of Kannapolis, NC and Theresa Smoutherson of Concord, NC.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
