He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Lou Ashley Osborne; his daughter Carolyn Ann Osborne; his parents, Arlie Osborne and Hettie Osborne; and his siblings, Mary Belle Strange, Paul Osborne (Mary Nell), David Osborne (Lucille) and Riley Osborne.
He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Kimball-Grzegorczyk; his son-in-law Frederick Grzegorczyk; his grandsons, Caleb Kimball, Joshua Grzegorczyk and Bryan Grzegorczyk; his siblings, Pam Neaves, Raymond Osborne (Pauline) and Tommy Osborne (Martha); his sister-in-law Mary Ruth Osborne; and his close friend Sandy Sawyer. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
