It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifford Hampton (Kannapolis, North Carolina), who passed away on March 14, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Clifford Hampton to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Hampton and Ada Overcash Hester; and his brothers, Lloyd and Wade Hampton. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Lambert Hampton; and his children, Robert Hampton (Katherine) of Harrisburg, Barry Hampton, Beverly Blackwelder (Eric) of Kannapolis, Barbara Gardner (Baxter) of Salisbury and Lisa Cobb (Greg) of Salisbury. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
