She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barbee and Ila Wise Barbee; and her sisters, Beulah Barger and Nell Collins. She is survived by: her husband Jim Fowler; her son Jimmy Fowler (Ann); her grandchildren, Matthew Fowler and Stacie Fowler; and her great grandchild Ryan Fowler.
