She was predeceased by: her grandparents, A. F., Ressie Sutherland, James, Mildred Gheen and Bill Taylor.
She is survived by: her father Rev. Bobby Sutherland; her wife Becky Gheen Sutherland of Kannapolis; her children, Erika Riley (Jesse) of Landis and Alex Morton (Lindsay Linker) of Shelby; her grandchildren, Morgan and Luke Riley; her sister Lynnette Gearing (Herman); her nephew Daniel Walters; and her grandmother Adelaide Taylor of Kannapolis.
