He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawson McClure and Lillie Lefler McClure; his wives, Ophelia McClure and Lillie Mae McClure; his daughter Pam Hicks; and his son-in-law Otis Caudle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Caudle, Kim Musgrove (Russell) and Susan Penninger; and his grandchildren, John, Michelle, Ben, Dylan, Daniel, Madison and Erika. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews.
