He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Julian Ellington and Nora Gage Howard Ellington. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandi" Fletcher Ellington; his children, Jan Ellington of China Grove, Jody Paulk-Nappier (Dave) of Mt. Holly, Jackie Ellington (Steven) of Kannapolis, Mark Ellington (Tammy) of Ferguson, Ande Tino (Jennifer) of Kannapolis, Ryan Tino (Meredith) of Kannapolis and Tyler Tino (Heather) of Conway, SC; and his sister Judith Ridenhour (Terry) of Lexington, SC. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
