She is survived by: her husband Jack Moore Jr.; her stepchildren, Becky Smith (Anthony) and Matthew Moore; her granddaughters, Chloe Newman and Josie Smith; her great grandchild Ozzy Newman; her brother Clearence "Reid" Vanpelt Jr. (Linda); her nephew Chip Vanpelt (Julie); and her niece Carrie Paxton (Marty). She is also survived by 5 great- nieces and nephews.
