She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolphus Andrew and Bessie Eller Church. She is survived by: her husband Thomas "Tommy" F. Blackburn; her siblings, Frank Church, Veriora Johnson, Leola Kale and Beatrice Hearn; her grandson Nick; her son Rodney Blackburn (Melanie) of Concord; her grandson Nicholas Blackburn; and her siblings, Melvina Blackburn, Elzia Russell, Jewel Dean Blackburn and Claude Church. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
